The tendon is to die for as it melts in your mouth. You definitely can feel the collagen. The brisket slightly dissapointing, still a bit hard, can do with more cooking time.

The most amaizing flavour come from the braising sauce for the tendon and brisket. Thick and gooey packs with beef essence. Yummy.
