It's my first time cooking post workout food, actually found out that marinating chicken breast meat with lemon juice really taste great.
The ingredients I use on these veg and meat is only ground pepper, olive oil ,sea salt and chopped garlic and mixed it all around with the veg and mushrooms first, as for the chicken, first dry the chicken with wet towel then for marinating is the same just that I added lemon juice and cling wrap and refrigerate for 30mins,
Baked at 200℃ for about 15mins for the veg and mushrooms, and 30mins for the chicken.
