Thanks to its strategic location right at Pavilion's entrance, Quivo is no stranger to Burpplers in the city. For group dinners and after-work drinks, the restaurant and bar boasts spacious seatings indoors, as well as a breezy alfresco area facing the swanky Bukit Bintang strip. The menu nails a balance between comfort food and fun recipes, juggling paddle board pizzas with soup in sourdough bread bowls and bespoke burgers. Start off with Tastemaker Melanie's favourite Tuna Ceviche (RM35), which she quotes to be beautifully marinated in citrus juices and chilli — a fresh burst of flavours, we imagine. On mains, you can't go wrong with the Braised Beef Brisket & Wild Mushroom Risotto (RM42). The kitchen aces the dish, creating a sublime, creamy classic with fork-tender beef brisket. Here, the night stays young after dinner so look to the dessert menu for something sweet and sophisticated to end with!
