The noodles - a textural sensation, a very nice chew. They also make an excellent chilli sauce (with real heat) which blends very well with the thick dark soy sauce. All other ingredients (mince meat, fish slices, shallots, vegetables, and ikan bilis) on this dish plays a supporting role, the noodle is really the star of the show.

The soup version did not really hit the spot for me. The dry version, on the other hand, is fantastic.
