Recently visited this Chinese restaurant in Bugis area. The restaurant specializes in a variety of Chinese cuisine and has a variety of live seafood such as crab, abalone, lobster, fish, and oyster.

Interestingly I found out from the staff that besides the main dining area on the ground floor, there’s also VIP rooms on the second floor and an event hall at the fifth floor. These rooms are accessible by lift at the back of the restaurant. The VIP rooms at the second floor ranges from Card Room 茶书坊 (for card game/ mahjong), 香格里拉厅 (table which seats 8 with minimum spending of S$688), 江浙厅 (table which sits 12 with minimum spending of S$888), to 北京厅 (table which sits 20 with minimum spending of S$1288). These rooms also come with karaoke system. Ideal choice of restaurant for hosting corporate events..

We tried the following dishes
Health-preserving Okra in Sauce (S$13.80++/ VIP)
Stir-Fried Chicken Gizzard (S$17.90++/ VIP)
Crispy Bamboo Shoots with Chicken Juice (S$19.80++/ VIP)
Which were well cooked and flavourful.
Accompanied with Kumquat Lemon Tea and rice.
