Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the broth. It was rich and flavorful but also clean tasting without feeling too heavy. The chashu on the other hand was on the leaner and tougher side. I ordered the spicy version but asked to have the spices served separately so I could control the level of heat to my liking!
