Of course other dishes weren't too shabby, but this shone amongst them all. Their Deconstructed Blackforest - 70% dark chocolate mousse, edible hazelnut soil, cherry coulis, salted caramel ice cream - was a mindblowing surprise. The mousse was rich and intense; cherry coulis was mildly sweet and very slightly spiked; and the salted caramel ice cream - best shit eva. We don't even like the flavours in a classic blackforest; that we enjoyed this tremendously says a lot.
