Ron in’s Kagoshima Beef topped with maitake mushrooms, negi, and a sukiyaki egg yolk.

A simple quail dish rubbed with Sansho pepper fried to perfection.

This dish is amazing!

Grilled baby squid with shishito peppers, Kyoto Shichimi and lime zest.

Hotate scallop, shio Konbu butter, chayote(guard) and lime.

Signature flower crab.

Market chips with black sugar and Kyoto Shichimi.

Little izakaya style dining bar by Chef Matt Abergel using Japanese technique.
