This pork chop is soaked for 24hrs in brine and marinated for another few hours before cooking to a perfect tenderness. At the same time, the black pepper sauce is also concocted in-house, you get the spiciness from freshly grounded black pepper. Damn freakin' yummy lah! Will be back again this month to have another round of this lovely pork chop before Chef Yao changes his new monthly special! Chiong ah!
