Prawn Paste Chicken Mid Wing.
Fragrant, pungent and oh-so-sinful! Freshly fried on the spot to gloriously golden brown. I sank my teeth into the crispy skin, eyes widening as each bite induced an ASMR-worthy crunch while on the inside remaining juicy tender. Deliciously umami-rich marinate with right blend that will keep me licking my fingers. The wings don’t lose their allure and it is not too oily and retained its crunch even after I left some out for awhile.
