Tried the famous 姜卤鸭 from the shop. Had a very unique taste compared to other shops selling such cuisines. The dish does not have a overly gingerish taste, but still give off subtle taste of ginger so that the dish does not feel too jelat after eating. The sauce of the dish was flavorful and not too salty, and this dish complemented the seafood soup too. Would recommend other diners to try out this dish too on top of the seafood soup.
The seafood soup (Batang and Red Grouper Fish Soup with crayfish and prawns) is also highly recommended as the broth is rich and flavorful. Not only that the fish is fresh and tender too, especially the batang fish.
