Wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary from the Nassim Hill burger ($23++), but it surprised me with just how well done it was! The beef patty was tender, oozing with juices and fragrant with the scent of rosemary. The balsamic onions gave the perfect amount of acidity too! My only gripe is that I would have liked the buns to be fluffier and crispier - they felt a little stale, especially when laden with sauce.
