Thinly sliced sea bream with black truffle, seasoned kelp, chives & topped with glorious caviar! The multiple different components all came together for an amazing flavor party πThe truffle was not at all overpowering & even complimented the savory caviar & melted along with the sliced fish. π A great place for family reunions/dinners/birthday meals & occasion!
