I think I just found my new favourite choux puffs at Cranki Patisserie!

First up, the Honeycomb Chrysanthemum Choux au Craquelin ($8) — loaded with a fragrant chrysanthemum diplomat cream, crunchy honeycomb candy chunks, and fluffy white chocolate ganache. Floral, light, and so addictive - just like the tea but captured in a delicate, savoury, smooth filling!

Then there is the Pistachio Cherry Choux au Craquelin ($8), packed with rich pistachio diplomat cream, feuilletine in salted pistachio praline, sour cherry curd, and topped with toasted pistachio bits. Nutty, decadent, and perfectly balanced with that touch of tang — not cloying at all, with a delightfully thin pastry dough.
