I was pretty excited to pay @nosleepclubsg a visit as they’d received the Campari One To Watch Award 2020 from the organisers of Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
I ordered a 𝐇𝐚𝐲 & 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬, which is a highball made of scotch whisky sous vide with toasted hay and served with fermented apple chamomile honey. This drink is smoky and sweet, with a hint of earthiness from the toasted hay. What I enjoy about this drink is that it’s not too sweet, and it’s boozy but doesn't hit you as hard as some whisky-based drinks do. Super easy and enjoyable to drink!
