Percolate recently opened its doors after closing for renovations and one of my favourite items in the menu has got to be the Curry Egg Mayo Croissant ($7). Such an innovative idea to have curry spices in egg mayo, and the best part to pair with a warm buttery croissant. The newly revamped Percolate 2.0 is much bigger with a slightly different decor. Menu has also been upsized to include more items, so do pay them a visit soon!
