** I used to exclusively visit Chong Qing grilled fish whenever craving for mala but due to the dinner crowd, we decided to try out Manchurian Restaurant instead. Boy were we glad for our impatience this time round and the food turn out better than our old spot. The fish is flavorful and prefried to crispy before putting it into the Mala pot while the mutton were cooked to tender. Well marinated in the super flavorful mala broth, it was super delightful for a spice geek like me.
