We got the Batang Sliced Fish Soup ($5) with additional fish meat ($2) but we felt that it was still not as substantial and wished there were more. In terms of the fish texture, it was cooked well as it had a firm bite to it, a key component in a good bowl of sliced fish soup. The broth had the 鲜 flavour but it can get too salty for many. Besides the sliced fish soup, they do have other dishes such as ngoh hiang, seafood soup and deep fried pomfret.
