Papaitan(Top left) was a beef innards stew, it's quite bitter but the flavours were great and the innards were all cooked perfectly. Astounding execution

Bagoong pumpkin(Bottom left) is basically pumpkin with tiny shrimp sauce. They didn't use it very liberally so the nice bursts of saltiness were nice in the sweet dish(from the pumpkin)

Lechon sucks. Dry and the skin was hard, very little crisp.
