Pad Thai Inspired, this pasta is full of Thai flavours. Not the Tom Yum flavour you might first assume, it’s a mix of Aglio Olio with Pad Thai, sweet salty sour spicy all in one plate. The seafoods are fresh, and as usual I requested to swap out the prawns. The veg like broccoli, spring onions and bean sprouts help provide crunch to the pasta which I think was important. I think if they provided the chilli flakes which Pad Thai uses it will be more authentic
