I had this as part of their 3 course set lunch menu (from $18++). The beef was tender, there was a good mix of the shank and tendon. It was flavourful as well. The noodles were well coated with what I assume was the braising sauce as well as a touch of mala, which added a nice spicy and numbing kick to an ordinary bowl of noodles.
For the price, it is a good place to bring clients to or catch up with a friend, as the place has a nice ambience and is not crowded with the lunch crowd.
