A very healthy Indian dish comprising of Yellow mung lentils, organic GMO-free local rice, fresh curry leaf, steamed greens, plant-based raita, tomatoes and fresh herbs. To say itโ€™s one of the healthiest dish I have had in Singapore. But on the contrary I am spiciness freak and as such found it to be a little on the blunt side. Other than that the preparation and presentation was spot on ($ 13).
