🍽️ Chicken Bryani @mamu.dapur $6.50

First of all, the serving is Huge! It is definitely good enough for 2 person. But the bryani is really too good to be shared😅 the stall owner even asked if the rice is enough.

🍛 This is definitely one of the better dum bryani I've tasted as the rice itself is full of flavour. You can just eat it on its own. The bryani came with a Dal curry, correct me if I'm wrong though. I like that it's not overpowering the spice of the bryani. It is so mild that it actually compliments the bryani.

🍗 The chicken thigh is well cooked in curry and the flavour sips into the meat.

As for the condiments at the side, the sweetness is super intense. I'm not sure what it is called too but it's is made from orange peel, dates, prunes and garlic if I'm not wrong. I'm serious about the intensity. I almost feel like I'm eating candy.

Please educate me what is the name of the super sweet condiment zif any one knows.
