Have to wait for year end again. 😭😭😭 Mont d'Or is a kind of Vacherin cheese, made from raw cow's milk. Available only seasonally starting from roughly Sep til Dec, my family gets to enjoy it when my sis & BIL brings back tubs of it from his annual home trip.

Mont d'Or is full of buttery flavour and velvety texture, packaged in a wooden box for containing the cheese while heating it up in the oven. It can be found in France or Switzerland. We eat it with my sis' homemade jiam tao loti!
