Bedrock deserves special mention, not just for FS quality of steak but also the condiments, some rather unique to a proper steakhouse. Seeded mustard and béarnaise sauce are a standard feature though they both deserve special mentions and rightly so the most versatile with the meats. The special but yet able to hold its fort would be the fried chilli in oil. Totally an asian thing, though I could still imagine it should be acceptable given our Asian tongue which craves for such heat. The last and slightly too adventurous for my liking is their Thai style chilli packed with herbs and onion.
