Charcuterie
Part of the 3 course lunch (S$40++) available during @TheFrenchWeekSG at La Brasserie in @FullertonBayHotel from 10 to 17 Sep.
Served with bread and butter, accompanied with a glass of Rive Gauche Melot or Colombard Chardonnay.
This was followed with Frisée Salad, Duck Confit, Creme Brûlée.
And ended with Petit Fours, accompanied with English Breakfast Tea.
Did not sound like the usual 3 course isn't it. So much and so yummy. Some more in such an atas place with live music.
