I was a little bit skeptical about this dish when I saw the side of green with thousand island, for a second, I completely forgot about the essential retro 60s concept that it supposes to retain until I tried it.. I couldn't help to stop!! My initial plan was never to share the dish but end up I had almost 60% of it 😱

This is Spicy Aglio Olio, surprise~ it's Spicy 😆. I'm not sure did my col requested for more chili as this suppose to be his dinner, not for me. For so many times I attempted to request for a spicier Aglio olio around the world, hardly came to one that satisfied me. Nicely done spaghetti, with ham, little tomatoes and garlic that almost dissolved in the olive oil, well tossed with parsley, black pepper and parmesan, seemed like there's lime leaves within too. It's not the type of Aglio olio that I usually preferred but anything that surprised me, I love it.
