So being the cray cray and in the āI want it allā mood I went to order all of these off the first sports bar we found in the area (hey aft all that walking I was hungry and needed sustenance okš¤Ŗ)
First off, the lobster roll surprised me with the amount of lobster meat I found in each bite like omg usually, lobster rolls found in SG leaves my mouth feeling greasy with all the mayo but with this, I can confidently say āYeap I ate lobster rollā instead of āYeap I ate mayo bread and a hint of meatā. The fries and thick creamy chowder was the perfect complement to each other, like honestly donāt hesitate dunking those crisps in thereās itās damn gd!! The buffalo wings were woo spicyy š„µbut somehow addictiveš. The sauce was evenly coated around the wings and I really like the blue cheese dip at the side.
The calamari were crisp and I didnāt detect 1 bit of the fishy taste. The non conventional part was that they fried some peppers along with the calamari, adding the much missed and necessary spice to the dish.
Overall, great food and even better atmosphere. Loved the āGo Red Sox!!ā atmosphere of this traditional sports bar and really gave this noob insight to the sports world around here. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Boston(esp all yāall sports fans!!ā¾ļøš)
