Tucked in the neighbourhood of Pandan Gardens is this restaurant that is known for their ribs. Chancing upon this Ministry Burger ($13.90, includes one side dish) was like hitting the jackpot if you are into burgers. Buns aside, the patty was just delicious and the fried onions above it added crunch and flavour to the meal. I guess the owner just wanted to look at my awkward face when I had to open my mouth wide just to fit the burger in.
