The platter consists of Crispy Oven Roasted Pork Knuckle, the best selling Brotzeit's sausages, and Honey Bavarian Pork Ribs. It also comes with 2 complementary sides.
We ordered for the pork knuckles skin to be crispy. However, it did not turn our to be the texture were expecting for. Though crispy, it was hard. Fortunately, the meat was juicy and tender.
The different types of sausages were cooked perfectly. They were flavourful and still retained its juiciness.
The highlight of the platter for me was the Honey Bavarian Pork Ribs. It was fall-off bones and melted in your mouth with unique and distinctive taste of the sauce.
Overall, the platter tasted great and it would be a perfect choice if you are craving for meats feasting. Bring along your friends and don't forget to order some beers or cocktails to go along with the meal for perfect catch-up for the weekend!
