Visited Nimmies Cafe recently and unfortunately the food had hits and misses, unlike the first time I've been there. Just felt like it's abit overrated now...

The Grilled Salmon Green Pesto Tagliatelle (RM43) was alright, the pesto was fresh and the pasta was a little al dente. Salmon was fresh but unfortunately it was a little dry, perhaps it was overcooked.

The Signature Nasi Lemak (RM38) was mentioned as a must order but it was really more like a flop. The rice wasn't rice or lemak enough and the chicken was unfortunately very dry. Really nothing much to shout out here.

Truffled Field Mushroom Tagliatelle (RM27) was creamy and rich with truffle flavour, but perhaps the truffle oil used was a little too much as it got too surfeiting towards the end.

I remember their Truffle Fries (RM25) being quite good, and I'm glad that the truffle mayo was just still as good 😍 their fries seemed abit too hard today but not too much of a problem.

Overall, it feels like you can probably get better food somewhere else!
