Had an incredible dinner at Ingleside! Started with a delightful Tuna Tartare Tartlette with French caviar and Maitake & Pork which was absolutely delicious. The highlight of the meal was the Tajima Wagyu Picanha, which was tender and bursting with flavour which was dry-aged in-house. The deconstructed Lemon Meringue Tart was a refreshing finish to the meal.
