Every year in the past, I would flew back to Hong Kong to celebrate Christmas with my grandparents.

Overall of this year Christmas feasting.

I bought 1kg of Waguy Streak for $39.90.

Salmon tartar
Oily salmon with refreshing cucumber.

Unlike in the past, @gwenfoodvolution couldn't get pork belly but she made something even better.

Burrata with sweet balsamic vinegar and some cherry tomato by @gwenfoodvolution.

This was one of the best bowl of bitter gourd soup ever!

Minced pork and diced mushroom wrapped with freshly steamed rice paper.
