💖 Baked freshly upon order, the texture was soft, pillowy (swipe to view), though not exactly cotton-like and jiggly like a soufflé pancake. Nevertheless, it was still satisfying a and enjoyable with a sweet, caramelised exterior and an aromatic buttery fragrance. The pairing of the fresh, juicy strawberries added a refreshing tangy note while the block of cream cheese was smooth, creamy and luscious and a good complement to the toast without being too overwhelming. Though it would have been better if the French toast was served in a larger portion for a balanced ratio between the two .

Yulmu aka. Job’s tear tea comprises roasted, mixed grains that is incorporated into fresh milk and served in a cute little bottle 🍼 (which you can also takeaway thereafter😉). The characteristic roasted flavour was prominent and contributed to a pleasant earthy note amidst the milky, dairy beverage, which I simply adore and wouldn’t mind having again! 😋

Apart from Soufflé French toast, this cafe is also known for their steamed buns that’s served in a dim sum basket (swipe to view) which comes in flavours such as red bean, corn, chestnut .
