The charsu was so flavourful and tender, with almost a melt-in-your mouth texture. The broft was robust and rich; the noodles were springy, and there was a generous portion of black fungus too! Only qualm is that a layer of fat started to develop atop the soup after 3 minutes😂 There's also free-flow hard boiled eggs and a complimentary bowl of rice for every bowl of ramen ordered!
