Another one of Tigerlily’s pastries, the Muachee Mochi Blondie ($8) was an easy favourite with a decent layer of mochi stuffed in the bake. A fun mix between cakey and crumbly, the golden brownie had a unique and great bite. I especially enjoy the contrasting soft-chewy center and crunchy peanut-embellished exterior. Not dry at all, the bake was fragrant and nutty as well.
