So much effort is put into roasting this pork knuckle and they do it on the spot as well which is why a preorder is needed atleast a day before if you would like to chow down on this beauty. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside and super flavourful with or without the brown sauce. Remember to take the bone home and get yo mama to boil you a delicious pot of soup and if you have leftover meat, they're great for making sandwiches 🤤
