Happened to pass by Undertr33 at Jurong and thought why not get a few of their Mille Crepes back home since it's mum's favourite cake ever since she tried Lady M's version. Picked three of the flavours on display in the display fridge; my favourite of the three would have to be the Earl Grey — very subtle notes of aromatic tea amidst the decently packed layers of crepe. Vanilla was decent, though lacked rich flavours and felt rather plain Jane overall — done decently well but nothing impressive nor special to mention. Matcha comes with Azuki in between; a great combination with the strong matcha flavours mostly from the top crepe given its dusted with loads of matcha powder — can be a little too sharply bitter for some but otherwise should be especially fine for matcha lovers who just can't get enough of the tea's flavour. The cakes managed to survive an hour long of transit, retaining its shape — pretty well-made in that aspect!
