Seeing a steady stream of customers at Ho-Bee Roasted Food, I joined in the queue as well. Since many of them ordered the 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸, I chose that as well.

The meat was tender and juicy, but the glistening skin wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped it was. The achar on the side was surprisingly good, its crunchy and sweet-sour profile providing both a textural and flavour contrast.

Overall it was pretty decent, if a little too oily. I've had better roasted ducks before, so I don't understand the long queues at this stall.
