A new take-away counter by Ippudo located at MBS is serving up super yummy bowls of ramen β all made and accompanied with chicken only! π
Their signature, the Kuro-Obi features a collagen-rich soup and chicken thigh char siew. While thick, the soup was so easy to just slurp down and the chicken was tender and the taste reminded me of those cold chicken appetizers! π
The Aka-Obi was similarly tasty, especially so with the added haebi although it does feel lacking in the ingredient department (no char siew or egg). Definitely gonna pop by again if I'm in the area. Too bad they missed on the Pokemon Go crowd when it was huge! π
