This Vegetarian Mee Jiang Kueh store (opposite the famous SLII muffin shop) carries the most melt-in-the-mouth MJK I've ever had. My teeth sank so quickly into the skin, as if I was standing on quick sand. And I was instantly rewarded with a sweet (and slightly salty) filling. Best way to spend 80c on a weekday!
