Tburu

218 Orchard Road, Singapore

Tucked away on the 5th floor of Orchard Gateway is a beautiful little Japanese shop serving lovely little morsels of sushi, sashimi and other bits, including a jiggly, jubbly chawanmushi.

The #japanese food isn't too bad but funnily it was the non-Japanese dishes that was better.

Matcha quail egg with mayonnaise.
