Makimono sushi ($30++) Perfect little bite sized gems!

This Gindara (cod fish) steak had the smoothest of textures and a wonderful creamy taste ($32++)

Anago, or a.k.a saltwater eels, taste quite different from their more popular freshwater cousins (more commonly known as Unagi)

Regular-sized Ozaki Beef Bowl ($120++) This was another chef’s special (read: not on the menu, but available for a ‘special’ price) The beef was super tender and flavorful, the Japanese rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the omu which was used to separate the beef from the rice at the bottom was thinly made and didn’t overpower the beef.

The chef’s special: Uni and Caviar on thinly sliced Threadfin sashimi

Best sashimi that you can find out of Japan.

Tasty Tempura Mori ($50++) Crispy and fragrant on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside.

Fancy (Aburi) Sushi - Chef’s special at $60++ for 4
