We had the Degustation Experience. This is the 'Spaghetti Carbonara'. We didn't expect one of the Chefs (Chef Simone) to perform the theatrical elements. So lovely, so enjoyable, so peaceful to dine without the kid too (sent off to grandparents! ). #yourculinaryaffair
