This was grilled octopus specially flown in from Spain, and it makes a HUGE difference. Unlike the usual chewy consistency of octopus, the meat was super soft, and you could easily bite it without having to chew like crazy. You don't usually use this word to describe octopus, but it was really tender. Well-cooked, super tasty, and one of my favourite tapas of the night. I couldn't really care for the lentils that were served with it though.
