SINGAPORE STYLE LAKSA WITH PREMIUM SEAFOOD
A jazzed up version of the Singapore Laksa w Fresh Prawns, Local Green Lip Mussel & Authentic Her Geow w Crabmeat Filling, served in a rich creamy Laksa broth made w fresh coconut milk, prawn heads & artisanal belacan.

The broth is so rich in flavour, so lemak w spices.
Flavour very prominently the miso from the prawn heads. Just like having prawn broth w coconut milk.

Overnight slow braised tender Wagyu Beef in housemade Rendang sauce enhanced w Buah Keluak "The Truffle of Asia"

The buah Keluak is so generous, literally in every spoonful.

LABYRINTH SIGNATURE CLAYPOT "ANG MOH" CHICKEN RICE
This dish is created in memory of Chef Han’s “Po Po”. She created her version of the Hainanese chicken rice during the colonial era whilst working for a British family.
Here, the Ang Moh Chicken Rice is served w her famous "Ang Moh" Creamy Chicken Mushroom Sauce & homemade Chili & Ginger sauce, aromatic Chicken Rice & tender Local Kampung Chicken.

Authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice flavour. Very old school. Speechless.
