This is not an ordinary plate of Fried Bee Hoon with sunny side up egg. It is meant to be dry and spicy. The colour, smell and taste have to be the main core for perfection. Cook slightly longer, instead of having the wok aroma, you will have that burning smell. Perfect timing is the perfection for this plate of delicious noodles right after that will be my DARTS TIME!!!!
