Glutinous rice gets a soak of coconut milk, then stuffed with (best thing ever!) desiccated coconut and minced prawn which have been fried until fragrant with turmeric (that inimitable tangerine shade), shallots, cili padi and lemongrass, all wrapped up in banana leaf and grilled. That charred aroma, that glorious fragrance, I can sometimes eat five in one seating. Ok, that's all.
