Then this happened: lightly floured and deep fried to golden soft shell crab, Japanese style half boiled eggs, a generous helping of crispy beef bacon and crisp pieces of well-seasoned croutons nestled atop a crunchy bed of romaine lettuce and semi-dried tomatoes.
