After almost a week of Penang street food, the plan was to have some healthy greens for lunch šŸ„—. Then this happened: lightly floured and deep fried to golden soft shell crab, Japanese style half boiled eggs, a generous helping of crispy beef bacon and crisp pieces of well-seasoned croutons nestled atop a crunchy bed of romaine lettuce and semi-dried tomatoes. I’d be ok if all salads of the world were like this šŸ’•. šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
