Did you know what President Obama ate with Anthony Bourdain in Hanoi? It was the viral $6 meal, where President Obama drank Hanoi beers and ate bun cha - a traditional Hanoi dish that involves sweet yellow broth with vermicelli rice noodles, herbs, with grilled pork patties and grilled pork slices.

This is Nam Nam's bun cha, which came with pork done two ways and served alongside a Mekong prawn roll. Broth was flavourful but aren't salty, while the pork was naturally sweet without gaminess. This was my favourite dish among the entire spread we had.
